Community Guidelines
Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, fraud, spam, sexual exploitation, or illegal activity. Report unsafe content from My City. MusiqCity may limit or remove content and accounts that create risk.
Marketplace Policy
List only gear you own and describe it accurately. No counterfeit, stolen, recalled, dangerous, or prohibited items. Sellers are responsible for fulfillment, shipping information, and responding to buyers.
Advertising & Sponsorship Policy
All paid placements are labeled Sponsored or Advertisement and require review before activation. Advertisers must own or be authorized to use submitted creative and must support objective claims. MusiqCity may reject deceptive, unsafe, discriminatory, illegal, infringing, or community-inappropriate campaigns. Paying for placement does not guarantee clicks, sales, followers, bookings, or other results.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments are processed by Square. Opportunity posting and promotional placement fees are charged when selected and are non-refundable once the placement is activated, except where required by law or when MusiqCity cannot deliver the purchased placement. Digital products are delivered immediately and are generally final sale. If a digital file is corrupted, inaccessible, or charged twice, contact MusiqCity within 14 days for replacement or correction. Gear buyers may request a refund from their order history. A request does not guarantee approval. Sellers and MusiqCity may review order records, delivery evidence, item condition, and communications.
Privacy Summary
MusiqCity uses account, profile, application, message, listing, and transaction information to operate the service, prevent abuse, personalize matches, and provide support. Do not place sensitive financial or identity information in profiles or messages.
Copyright
Upload or link only to music, images, video, and other material you own or are authorized to use. Rights holders may contact MusiqCity to request review of allegedly infringing material.
